This privacy policy exists to explain what information we collect, what we do with it, and how we protect it. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to collect information that you give us voluntarily. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

What we collect and what we do with it:

If you sign up for an appointment or request to be contacted by Range Urgent Care, we’ll collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth, and reason for visit. This information will be saved in a secure database.

The combination of your name, email, phone number, and DOB will be used to uniquely identify you, which will allow them to determine if you’re a new or existing patient. If you’re an existing patient, your visit will be associated with your existing medical record, held at the practice.

Your “reason for visit” will be used by Range Urgent Care to plan accordingly and confirm that the visit is appropriate for them.

We will use your email address to send appointment confirmations and reminders.

If you tell us your phone number is a mobile number and give us permission to send you text messages, Range Urgent Care will be able to text you about wait times.
